1.Name calling between races like the chinese calling names of our fellow indian classmates
2.Hatred between races because they are not same
3.Discriminating of other races
4.Racial Riots
Results of Racism:
1.The world will be separated
2.War between countries will rise
3.People will only live with one culture
4.Teasing of other races will increase

yes, i think that racism is happening in Singapore as even in school, names calling are common. hatred of different races are common too, for example, in a bus, one indian is sitting on a chair and a boy with his mother boared the bus. the boy's mother told him to seat beside the indian man as there are no other sits and the boy said,"yucks. he stinks". this words hurted the man and insulted their race.
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree that Racism is happening now, in fact, it is happening everywhere and everyday. Calling each other names is common everywhere, but if one does not control themself in calling other people names. This person will offend other people, not just 1 races, but every races. All of us should not make friends or seat with somebody that has a body odour for example. It is because, if everybody thinks that that person has body odour and nobody dares to make friends with him/her. This person will start to have low self esteem, and slowly developed illness like depression that will lead the person to prefer staying at home everyday, instead of coming out and take a good look of the surroundings.
ReplyDeleteYes. i think racism is very common in singapore now and i think people are not aware of what they are doing. This is a bad thing. Disliking another race and not willing to work with them in a group are common cases. We should not do this to other races, instead, we should try to appriciate them .
ReplyDeleteI think that in Singapore there is Racism. It sad though. but besides the racism, the weird thing is that majority of us can live with each other without any problem. so i dont think the racism in singapore is bad or serious. thats all((:
